

A proud veteran, Frank dedicated six years of service to his country—serving four years in the United States Navy and two years in the United States Army. His time in the military reflected his strong sense of duty, resilience, and commitment to others.
Following his service, he built a career in the seafood industry, where his dedication and work ethic earned the respect of those around him. He had a deep appreciation for the ocean, not only through his work but also in his personal life. He loved fishing and found great joy in being out on the water. A true food lover, he enjoyed good meals and sharing them with family and friends.
Frank is a man of deep faith, he was a devoted member of the Catholic Church and found great comfort and purpose in serving the Lord as a sacristan and eucharistic minister. His faith guided his life and was a source of strength and inspiration to all who knew him.
Above all, Frank was a family man; he was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, and brother.
He is lovingly survived by his daughter, Theresa Pucilowski; his son-in-law, Mathew Pucilowski; and his six grandchildren, Faith, Cameron, Aaliyah, Taylor, Brooklynn and Jordan who brought him immense pride and happiness. His family will remember him for his warmth, wisdom, and the steady presence he provided throughout their lives.
Frank will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A Funeral Mass will take place at 10am on Friday, May 15, 2026 at St. Paul Catholic Church located at 12708 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. The family will begin to receive friends, one hour prior starting at 9am.
Military honors will take place following the Mass at Garden of Memories located at 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
