Born on December 8, 1955 in New York, he was a devoted father, brother and friend. He was also a prominent figure in the restaurant community for years, as a member of the founding team of Shell’s, as well as an owner of Splash! an ocean grill along with Paesans. His life was marked by a deep dedication to his loved ones. He was known for his unwavering ability to light up any room, and will be remembered for his charisma and compassion for others. He is survived by his daughters Carly and Sidney, who were the light of his life and his legacy will live on through them. He is also survived by his sister Melanie (Stewart).
There will be a Memorial service for Chip on Saturday May 10, 2025 at Blount and Curry Carrollwood at 3207 W. Bearss Ave. Tampa, FL 33618 at 1:30-2:30pm for the visitation, and 2:30-3:30pm for the service.
