

Villarosa, Frank, 97, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Dec. 4, 2015. A native of Tampa he was the son of Rosario & Antonina Villarosa. Frank was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII as a pilot and flight engineer on B52's. He retired from the USPS after 32 yrs. of dedicated service. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Filippa Villarosa; sisters, Caroline and Mary; brothers, Joe, Louis, and John. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 yrs., Mary; daughters, Denise Anderson (Vance) and Vicki Roessler (Steve); grandchildren, Ashley, Kristin, Brianna and Madison Anderson; Kelsey and Tyler Roessler and many nephews and nieces including, Frank Napoli, Louis and Antoinette Villarosa along with many other loving family members. He was cared for by many compassionate caregivers, including his long time caregiver Thelma Brown. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and Nano. Known for his quick wit and love of his family, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A funeral service will be held at 2pm Saturday, December 12 at Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W.
