Throughout his life, Jerry was known for his generous spirit, kind heart, and the happiness he found in bringing people together. He loved seeing those around him enjoying themselves and took great pleasure in creating memories and experiences with family and friends.
Jerry shared 48 years of marriage with his wife, Helen Camero. He is survived by Helen; his daughters, Kristen Camero-Bowman and her husband, Bryan Bowman, and Chelsee Camero-Lintz and her husband, Jarred Lintz; his granddaughters, McKenna Bowman and Skylar Lintz; his sister, Deborah Camero; Nephews Joseph Camero, Matthew Camero, and Casey Camero and Niece Amber Camacho, and many close family members and dear friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.
A lifelong fan of NASCAR, basketball, football, and golf, Jerry enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures. He was also passionate about music and especially loved attending live concerts, where he could enjoy great performances and share those experiences with family and friends. Whether following a race, attending church and leaning in on his faith, watching a game, spending time on the golf course, or heading to a concert, Jerry appreciated every opportunity to enjoy life and spend time with the people he cared about.
More than anything, Jerry valued togetherness. His generosity and willingness to help others touched many lives, and he found great joy in seeing family and friends gathered together, laughing, celebrating, and making memories. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and was always happiest when those around him were happy.
Though he will be deeply missed, the memories he created and the love he shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
