Your Dad was a huge part of our lives for 25+ years taking care of our pups. He was the kindest man. I always enjoyed our visits. Seeing all of the pictures of him with family, friends and colleagues(especially Guy) brings a smile to my face. Praying for your family and knowing he is at peace watching over all of you.

Even though I did not know Glenn for very long, in that short period of time I saw what a wonderful, kind and great man he was. This family is a rarity, you do not come by this type of love and bond anymore. My thoughts, my love and prayers go out to Sheila and her family.

God bless Dr Ferrall and his wonderful family. He was the perfect veterinarian, equal parts wise, kind and gentle. He took care of both our dogs for a total of almost thirty years. We were always confident that they were in good hands.

Dr. Ferrell has been in our lives since 2000.  His care, guidance and respect he had for our dogs was the best ever!  I still see him leaning back on the counter after examining our dogs to give  his assessment and listen to our concerns about life quality. Once after Kramer’s second snake bite (a bad one!), Kramer saw me and then he was taken back to get the “Cone of Shame”, Kramer (a really good dog) went nuts and I went into the back room to help. Dr. Ferrell did not remove me.  He knew that Kramer needed me and then with Guy we put the “Cone” on Kramer.  Dr. Ferrell’s practice is still practicing his beliefs  of veterinary medicine and care!  His gift to our pets!

There are no words that can be said at this time, that will come close to expressing my sympathy to the Ferrall Family for your loss. I pray the Lord gives you strength and comfort during this difficult time.

I am very saddened to hear of Glenn's passing.  As others have said, he had a brilliant mind.  He also had something else, the ability and patience to teach others.  I would never have made it through calculus without his help.
I remember fondly the debates we used to have.  I don't think I ever won one.
My deepest sympathies to Sheila, Meghan, Hannah, Rachael and all those who love Glenn.

Glenn and I worked together as young veterinarians at Temple Terrace Animal Hospital and shared a love for Gator football. He was a good veterinarian and a great person, always focused on the best interests of his patients and clients.

Glenn and I would see each other occasionally at veterinary meetings over the years, but didn't really reconnect until he reached out last year when he became ill. 
We worked together to create a win-win agreement for my partners and me to purchase his baby, Tampa Palms Animal Hospital. Throughout, he was the same Glenn I had known over the prior almost 40 years, ever smiling, upbeat, and positive.

Glenn was understandably very proud of Hannah. With her help, we will do all we can to extend Glenn's legacy and make him proud.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Dr. Ferrall. He took such great care of our pets, and we will always be grateful for his kindness and dedication. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

My condolences.

As Adolfo Marzol, DHHS classmate, fellow Gator, and dear friend, recently memorialized Glenn Ferrall on a Facebook post with these words “Smartest person in our class and probably for most of the classes before and after ours. A great guy with a really good heart. Had the good fortune to have Sheila fall in love with him and enjoy a wonderful marriage and children. We would have failed calc without him and he loved our Gators. Lost him way too young.”, I could not have said it better. I did have another remembrance on a personal note that I wanted to share. In 1987, I was a young Naval Officer living in San Diego, CA with my wife, Carol, getting ready for our ship to make a 6-month overseas deployment. But as our DHHS 1978 class president, I felt this deep obligation to ensure a 10-year class reunion was held in 1988. With no email, internet, social networks, or other mass communication methods available at the time, I felt I needed someone local in the Tampa Bay area that would ensure a 10-year reunion was held.  So, with a “long distance” phone call, I reached out to Glenn and asked him if he would take on that responsibility.  Without hesitation, he said yes. And yes, there was a very nice 10-year class reunion that Carol and I were fortunate enough to attend.  I will always be grateful to Glenn for lifting that first reunion obligation off my shoulders. This was just another selfless act of helping a friend in need that Glenn was known for.  My deepest condolences to Sheila and the entire Ferrall family.

My deepest and most heartfelt condolence.    Dr. Ferrall took care of my furry babies since 1991.  He was always so gentle, professional, compassionate, and straightforward in his care.  When I moved to the Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills area, I still drove back to see him for my pet's care, because I trusted him, and his staff, so very much.  Even though I realize that pancreatic cancer is one of the hardest ones to beat, I know that everyone--both two and four legged--hoped he would be the exception.  Thank you so much for creating such a safe & trusted environment for us to take our beloved pets to, Dr. Ferrall.  We always felt like family, and that is hard to do and very rare. You will be missed. 🐈🐾🐕

This really hits hard with my wife and I… Dr Ferrall was our vet starting in 1990 with my first dog of my own. His professionalism, his way of showing empathy, giving assurance, gentle tone and to the point mentality was a perfect fit for us. Rest in peace Glenn…..i hope our little girl Zinzi (middle) said hello as you passed on to sitting with the our father……oh and always remember….through all kinds of weather we all stick together…..

All Gators all the time! Even pandemic gear! And you know he has a huge smile hidden under that mask.
