 I have found memories of yearly Cousins Club gatherings with lots of food, fun and cousins. As a lttle girl it was difficult to reach all the food. But, It was Gloria  who made certain that my plate was filled with food and Belinda and Vicki were nearby to play. It may not seem like much now, but as a kid it meant a lot to me. I remember thinking of Gloria as the pretty , adult  cousin -indeed she was....

Gloria was my neighbor I grew very fond of her and Charlie. I would go over to her garage which she left open every day unless it was raining outside. We would have our morning talks bright and early. I would get phone call morning and night asking me to open her soda her milk and even a pickle jar or two. I would take care of her yard as best I could. She loved to shop via her catalogs and I would help open them and put together the items that needed to be. loved her like a grandmother. She was and still is a wonderful woman who was a fighter. I will miss her and all the talks we had every day.
