JACOBS, Grace Frances, 87, of Tampa, passed away on August 12, 2015. She was born in West Virginia and moved to Tampa 20 years ago. Grace was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church where she stood strong in her faith. She was an avid reader and loved cooking for her family and friends. She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Gerald Jacobs and loving daughter, Paula Jager and her husband, Rick.
