GARCIA, Gustavo Enrique, 49, passed away suddenly on November 27, 2014. He was born in Cuba to Agustin Garcia and Hirma Ysaac. Gus graduated from Northeastern University, retired from the Boston Police Department and was presently working with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as a Homicide Detective. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Garcia; children, Gustavo Garcia, Jr. (21), Yessenia Maldonado (19), Gianni Garcia (14) and Hirma Isabelle Garcia, AKA Beba (12); brothers, Eduardo Garcia and Ramiro Garcia; sister, Melissa Rios; nephews, Eduardo Garcia, Jr. and Eric Garcia; niece, Ofelia Garcia and his brother love, Robert Paratore. A funeral service will be held 11am, December 3, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace with the family receiving friends from 9:30am until the time of service.
