Gwen was born in Opelousas, LA on March 21st, 1939, to parents Aubrey C. Tatman and Juanita R. Tatman
Gwen graduated from Bayou Chicot High School in 1957. She married Harold R. Burcham in July 1958
Gwen moved to Tampa in the mid 1960's with her husband and raised her family here.
She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband. She her survived by her 4 sons: Cary H., Noel C., Paul C. and Grant D. Burcham, 2 daughters in law: Phillis Burcham and Melissa Burcham, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Gwendolyn will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Lutz Cemetery, 201-217 5th Ave NE, Lutz, FL 33549.
