Hae Chu was born September 12, 1933 in South Korea. She has been in the US over 60 years and was very proud of her citizenship.
She was very devoted to her church, East Chelsea Baptist and was also a dedicated employee for over 50 years to sewing manufacturing, Tampa G and Red Dot Enclosures.
Hae Chu was predeceased by her parents and son, Timothy. She is survived by daughter, Melanie Rainey (Billy), the love of her life was 2 Grandsons, Derick (Carol) and Travis, and 2 great grandsons Tyson and Waylon.
She enjoyed any church activities (especially working in the kitchen) and any sports related games involving grandsons, then great grandsons. She was their biggest cheerleader.
A visitation for Hae Chu will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at East Chelsea Baptist Church, 7225 E Chelsea St, Tampa, FL 33610, followed by a celebration of life service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
