

Born in Morristown, NJ on June 30, 1936, Helen was the daughter of the late Basil and Helen (Camisa) Barlow. She lived in Tampa, FL for most of her adult life until being moved to Aventura at the Bay in St. Petersburg, FL in 2020.
Helen is survived by her brother, William (Ann) Barlow, of Ocklawaha, FL, 2 nephews Bill (Michelle) Barlow of Oldsmar, FL and Don Barlow of St. Petersburg, FL, her 2 sons Stephen (Elaine) Llewellyn of Cape Fair, MO, and Michael (Angela) Llewellyn of Seminole, FL, 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Helen was employed as an Executive Secretary by GTE Data Services from 1963 until her retirement in 1988.
She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Tampa, FL and was involved in Sunday School and Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) for many years. She also volunteered for several years at the church office doing administrative work.
Helen enjoyed eating out with family and friends and fellowshipping with them around the table. She also enjoyed listening to music, especially the Gaither Vocal Band and the BeeGees. She read her Bible faithfully every day and enjoyed calling Sunday School class members and sending greeting cards for special occasions. She was also considered a prayer warrior.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Tampa, FL at 10:00 a.m.
