Thinking of you and your family. Wish we had more time to sit and visit. We'll have all the time in the world when we come visit you so be ready. See ya when we get there. It might take me a little while, but I promise we'll be there.

Sweetheart,

I am so glad I married you--a godly, attentive husband. You enriched my life in so many ways and even when the dementia came, we sure had fun and saw the LORD's faithfulness.

Someone once said you were the best Alzheimer's patient anyone had met. You accepted the disease as God's will.

I am so grateful to Hospice for making it possible to have you at home for your last days and I do cherish those moments.

The house is not the same for dog Ziggy and me. I will always love you.

While we are also sad for his passing, what a joyous reception it must have been in heaven for Herb to be himself again, to be finally home, no pain or suffering, and to sing praises to our God!!
