I am so shocked. My daughter told me Dr. Garcia had passed away💔. I can truly say he saved my life, I would not be here today had he not been an extremely detailed, and a professional doctor. With the power of prayer and a great physician I am still here today. I am truly heart broken. He was such a good human, he never looked at his patients as a next. He was an individual in his approach, kind hearted, he was just a good person. He didn't care if you didn't have INS, he was a healer ❤He treated his patients like they mattered. My condolences to his family. What a wonderful impact, I am sure he had on many people. ❤💔

I just happened to come across an article on Google and saw that A man I admired so much has passed away, Dr. J. Garcia! He delivered my first child, our son, James Ricky McCoy, Jr., in January of 1984. I also had the great pleasure of working with him at Women's Hospital in Tampa! My thoughts and prayers go out to his wonderful family and friends! God bless you, Dr. Garcia and may you rest in peace for all eternity! Love from the McCoy Family

To Lorraine, JoAnna, Michael , Cuqui, Rosie, Mary n families...We're so sorry to hear of Jay's passing. We remember our times together in our younger years visiting at Tia Rosas's, weddings and birthdays of the kids. When Jay had just purchased his first Sonagram machine and invited us to come when I was pregnant . He was such a handsome, kind and a loving family man. He will be missed and what a smile he had. God Bless You and cherish the memories.

I have known Dr Garcia since I was a little kid. My mom Loretta used to work for him in his OB / GYN practice. He was always so nice and kind to me even saw me as a patient from time to time when I got older. He will be deeply missed and Tampa has lost a wonderful man. My condolences to his whole family.
