Jean Upton

Born in Okolona, Mississippi, on May 17, 1937, Jean dedicated her life to her family. As a homemaker, she created a home filled with warmth, love, and unforgettable meals. She found her greatest joy in caring for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than having her family together, making sure everyone was fed, loved, and cared for.

She had a generous heart, a nurturing spirit, and a love that knew no bounds. Her children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren were truly the center of her world.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dallas Upton.

She leaves behind her loving children: Dallas D. Upton, Gary and Karla Upton, Cheryl and Tony Harris, and Mysti and Michael Hammes.

She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Dylan, Mathew, Brandi, Kendrek and Angela, Cameron and Amanda, Jordan and Kelly, Tristan and Naneysha and her adored great-grandchildren: Ozias, Alenaa, Aziell, Aleiaa, Ariess, Keane, Eliana, Tavia, Tiana, and Christopher.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that her love, kindness, and gentle spirit will live on in each of us. Her legacy is one of unconditional love, selfless devotion, and unwavering care for her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
