Jeff graduated from Center High school in Kansas City in 1985. He was an Eagle Scout and warrior in Tribe Mic-O-Say. He was very active in the Boy Scouts with his son in the Tampa Bay Area.
Jeff was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Beverly and Jerry Frandsen on September 19th 1966. After high school he served briefly in the Army then moved to California where he met Diane. They married on October 7th 1989 in Tampa.
Jeff is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Frandsen.
Jeff is survived by Diane, his daughter Lauren, his son Aaron, his brother Mike, his mom Beverly, and many other relatives and dear friends.
Due to COVID, there will not be a service at this time, but his family will scatter his ashes at sea.
