Jerry Charles Bookman, age 72, died on April 8, 2020 in Wellington, Florida. Jerry is survived by his wife, Patricia Bookman; his children, Jeff Bookman, Marci Bookman, Dana Carpena, Annmarie Hostia and their spouses; his eight grandchildren; his brother Dr. Larry Bookman and family; and his extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jerry was born on January 30th, 1948 in Tulsa, OK, to parents Sam and Adele Bookman. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and “Grumps”. His family and friends will always remember him as “an old man trying to make his way through life”.
