Joe was certainly one of a kind. He could light up a room just walking in, a guy that could make anyone smile, one of the most positive individuals I ever met. Thank you Joe for all the fun times. God bless Luann and your whole family. You are certainly missed Joe. 

You were one in a billion Joe. Always made me laugh. Your presence on earth will be missed by all that got to know you.
