

Lodato Jr., Joseph, 77, of Tampa. Joe was a native and lifetime resident of Tampa. He was the owner and operator of Freddie’s Towing in Tampa for many years and also worked for the CSX railroad, where he eventually retired from.
Joe had a passion for riding his Harley Davidsons and often spent his freetime taking trips over the road with his fellow bike enthusiast. He loved telling his stories and tales about all of his many adventures.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Lodato Sr. and Adella Lodato, and his daughter, Teresa Ann Lodato. He is survived by his daughter, Christina Lodato Rhodes; son, Joseph Lodato III (Kristen Lodato); 3 Grandchildren Nicholas Rhodes(Tiffany Rhodes), Kayden and Noah Lodato; and 3 great-grandchildren, Violet, Charlotte, and Samuel Rhodes; his Aunt, Conchita Lodato “Connie” and numerous cousins.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 28th at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:30pm - 1:30pm with service starting at 1:30pm. 4207 E. Lake Ave. Tampa, FL 33610
A visitation for Joseph will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E LAKE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33610, followed by a funeral service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
