Keith was born March 12, 1996 in Tampa, FL. Growing up, he attended Villa Madonna School and graduated from Steinbrenner High School playing many sports with his favorites being football and rugby. After high school Keith received a scholarship to play football at the University of Mount Union in Ohio, however, his love for Florida and his longing to be with his family never subsided. After 2 years he came home to finish his AA degree and was working towards his bachelors at the University of South Florida. Keith had a fierce love for the outdoors, downtown Tampa where he worked at eBoats, and the waters of Florida where he fished and boated almost daily. Keith's reach in the community was wide and he had deep relationships with so many. His beautiful smile, his helpful nature and loving spirit will be tremendously missed by his family and friends.
Keith is survived by his mother and step-father Maria and Mitch Eckley, his loving sister Savannah Rohde, father Keith Rohde III, grandparents Flor de Lourdes Diaz, Robert Guerette, Vicki and Keith Rohde Jr and Rebecca Eckley. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers Noel Richard Giallanza, Armando Valdes and Lawrence Edward Eckley as well as his Aunt Natalie Giallanza.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Tampa Convention Center officiated by Sister Mary Jackson of Villa Madonna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Coral Restoration Foundation, a cause Keith deeply cared about, in his honor.
