(September 17, 2006 – February 8, 2026)
Kevin Thomas Adams, 19, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on February 8, 2026. Born in Minnesota, Kevin moved to Florida in May of 2010 to live with his father, Joshua.
Kevin was a graduate of Gaither High School, where he was known for his independent spirit and determination to carve his own path. He was currently building a career in the trades, working proudly as an apprentice plumber.
To know Kevin was to know a young man driven by enthusiasm and a constant search for adventure. A lifelong soccer fan and a lover of all things fast—cars, bikes, and living life to the fullest—he was witty, loving, and possessed a deeply open-hearted nature.
Kevin’s life was cut short, but his story continues through a final, magnificent act of love. As an organ donor, Kevin is a hero. While his family is tremendously sad, they find comfort knowing that through him, many others will have the chance for joy, hope, and a full life.
He is survived by his parents, Joshua and Samantha Adams, and Kristen Kline; his brothers, August, Ever, Donnie, and Lincoln; and his sister, Willow.
A gathering to celebrate Kevin’s life will be held at Edgewater Park in Dunedin, Florida, on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
In honor of Kevin’s heroic final gift, the family asks that donations be made to LifeLink.
