SHIELDS, Kim 59, of Tampa passed away peacefully on October 30, 2014 with her loving family by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Wayne; parents, Bill and Jean Bryan and her brother, Jimmy Bryan. She is survived by her daughter, Brandi Scranton; son, Shaun and his girlfriend Amber Manning; grandchildren, MJ and Nevaeh, her lifelong best friend, Debbie Schleman and her four legged companion, Girl. A celebration of Kim’s life will take place at 6:30PM on Thursday, November 6, 2014 with the family receiving friends from 5:30-6:30pm at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home-Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Avenue, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Humane Society of Tampa Bay or American Cancer Society.
