Born in Tampa, Florida Lucy is survived by her two daughters Jamie and Jada, her mother Mary Allen, two brothers, Jay and Jason, two sisters, Pam and Tina, Cousin Don, his wife Sally and their two children, and the extended family who truly love and will miss her deeply.
A Life Celebration for Lucy will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa FL 33610 on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 1pm -3pm, with a Life Celebration service beginning at 3pm.
