A ray of light even when she wasn’t feeling her best you could see her shine! I didn’t call her Maria, I called her mami, porqué ella es una mami linda and would treat me like family even in the short time of knowing her. She had a heart of gold and is a queen indeed, that now walks the heavens. No es un adios es un hasta luego, ya no sufres, tu espíritu está libre; es el dolor que dejas atrás. My heart goes out to your family, your children, especially to Tina, my friend and sister, I know mami is happy that we have each other. Rest in peace reina, you will always be in our hearts.

My deepest condolences go out to you Mark, and your sisters. To me your mother was a women with a kind and loving ❤️...from the first day that I met her, she welcomed me into her home without reservation, she said sit down offered me coffee and something to eat. She was a very loving, caring and selfless women with the heart of a giant. I will miss the conversations that we use to have whenever I saw her at the treatment center, whenever I was there to drop off a client. You surely will be missed! I regret not coming over to your home to see you and spend time with you even though there were many times you invited me to come by I was always hesitant and I know that you understood why and never reminded me the next time that I saw you at the treatment center; you never held it against me! I was fortunate to have crossed paths with you! Very seldom do we cross paths with someone that's as genuine of a person as you were 💕💕💕 you will forever remain in my thoughts and prayers and will never be forgotten Amen!!! RIP Maria, and rejoice the heavens with your husband Edwardo.

I was just a kid when I first met Maria. Many of my childhood memories involve her and the family. I remember the first time I met you, it was at a party in the backyard in New York and it was summer, there was some sort of pool in the yard, like a kiddie pool. It think it might’ve been Tina’s birthday. I grew up with Monica and Tina, we were tied to the hip, and Mark was like a big brother. Maria you were like a mother to me and were always there for me. The photo I shared is one that holds dear to my heart. When I was a kid I used to vacation with you and the family, and in this photo my children were able to experience the same vacation with you as I did growing up. You will be missed and forever loved. May you rest in paradise with Eduardo and our Heavenly Father.
