Oh Vavo,
Where to begin.... I will always remember every single story you told me.; How you wrote to your pen pal on advice about what to do to get a guy to dance with you and how you met your husband and danced the night away-beautiful to watch how your face lit up with a glow, or the story about Fatima and bringing the lyrics over to me and reading the song of Fatima together. The many stories about Nicholas and last the one about Theresa pretending to be Mary Poppins. (That's just naming a few). Its sad you had to leave us, but God needed you back. Even though you are not with us in the flesh, you are now our guardian angel. Until we meet again. Love you Vavo.

"Mamma Bear" that's the name her son Toby used to call her, than he always gave a big hug. Mary was so welcoming whit me from the first day i entered her house on 2003. She always prepared some special food for me, and always cakes and portoghese bread for breakfast for 13 years i went to visit. She was by toby's bed for more than 40 days when he was ill at the hospital four hours away from her house, and i can't immagine her sorrow when he died there under her eyes. I hope they are togeder now cause they love each other so much. She always tell me some word in portoghese when we were togeder because she knew they were so similar with italian versions l, like: finestra and sebolla ( finestra e cipolla ) window and onion😃 ciao mamma bear riposa in pace with your loved husban and son...
