Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 7 from 11:00AM-1:00PM with the funeral service beginning at 1:00PM at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home located at 3207 W Bearss Ave., Tampa, FL 33618. Graveside service will be held at 3PM at Sylvan Abby Cemetery in Clearwater, Florida Mary Elaine Flatt was born in Clearwater, Florida to H.E. & Pauline Phillips on March 20, 1948. She married Jerry Flatt on June 20, 1968, in Tampa, Florida. She was a housewife and CEO of her family-owned business. Mary Elaine Flatt was preceded in death by H.E. Phillips (father), Pauline Phillips (mother), and Juanita Dennis (sister). She is survived by her husband, Jerry Flatt, her sister, Carolyn King, and three children, Scott Flatt, Jennifer Pichowsky, and Lindsey Osborne and eight grandchildren.
