Mary Jackson Land

She was born Mary Colleen Jackson in Tampa, Florida on September 19, 1947, daughter to Lois and Clyde Jackson. She was the fifth born, of nine children.

Mary spent her life being a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to everyone she met. She warmed everyone’s heart with unconditional love and genuine kindness. Mary will be remembered for always having a camera in hand and never forgetting a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion. Once you met Mary, you were never forgotten and always loved.

Mary was the widow of James Donald Land of Bonifay, Florida. She is survived by seven children, Donna Fowler, Keith and wife, Carol Davis, Angel and husband, Tobin Williams, Rose and husband, Jeff McBride, Carolyn Land Morgan, twins: Joshua Land, James and wife Krissy Land.; twenty grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, Interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
