Born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, she was raised in New York City and retired to Florida. Milagros was a loving and caring woman whose greatest joy was her family. Her kindness, strength, and unconditional love touched everyone who knew her. She will be remembered for the beautiful memories she created and the love she shared throughout her life.
Though she will be deeply missed, her love and legacy will live on forever in our hearts.
