Neida was preceded in death by her father, Pedro Manuel Garcia. She is survived by her mother, Milagros Garcia; sons, Christian and Gabriel Otero; daughter, Yesenia Inez Otero; brothers, Pedro Manuel Garcia Jr and Enrique Garcia; and grandchildren, Blaise Reyes Alvarez and Zayelis Otero.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 10am - 1pm, followed by a service beginning at 1pm at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N 56th Street, Temple Terrace, Florida 33617. Interment in Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 N US 301, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592.
