Forbes, Nicholas S., 29, went to heaven on October 13th, at home with his loving and broken hearted parents, Jeff and Kelly Forbes, loving brother Casey, and best pal, Poppy, by his side. On Saturday, October 22 we will celebrate Nick's life at his home. Family and friends are welcomed from 5-7PM.
