It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Noelia Garcia Fernandez, who passed away at the age of 90 on September 14, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who lived a life filled with love, laughter and family. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Noelia is survived by her loving daughter, Glenda Diva Vinueza, granddaughter Ashley Lauren Rodriguez, son-in-law Hernan Vinueza and his two sons, Mauricio and Mateo Vinueza. She also leaves behind her loving sister, Elsa Perez. Noelia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Felix L. Fernandez, with whom she shared a life full of love and cherished memories.

A short, intimate ceremony will be held at the Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, where Noelia will join her late husband, Felix, in eternal rest.

Family is welcome to join the Vinueza family at their home afterward to share in the comfort of each other’s company during this time of remembrance.

Noelia’s grace, elegance, caring and kind heart will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were touched by her warmth and love.
