Born in Dover, Florida, he began his career with Jim Walter Homes as one of the original 12 employees for 42 years; serving 11 years as V.P. until retiring in 1991. In retirement, he served with his church in the RV MAPS volunteering his time building churches across the U.S.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Jessie Williamson; brother, Ralph and sister, Gladys Harrell. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Tina; three sons: Ralph, Larry (Angie) and Bryan; one daughter, Sindy McCraver; step-daughter, Tina Perry (Rob); grandsons: Chad, Cade, David, and step-grandson, Sean; great-grandson, Michael; and one sister, Pat Sabin.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 11AM at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E Lake Ave., Tampa. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
