Pat, a native of Tampa, was deeply devoted to her family, friends, and furry companions. She embraced each day as a loving mother, grandmother, friend, animal lover, and entrepreneur.
Pat's home was always open to her friends, neighbors, stray cats who all became family. The more the merrier! She always looked forward to holding her annual traditional Christmas Eve party with her staple crab cakes, pressed cuban sandwiches, & deviled eggs. Known for her outgoing playful personality, Pat never declined an opportunity to spend time with friends or enjoy a meal out. Her day often began with a warm welcome from her favorite diners' waitresses & loved ones who joined her, where she was met with her 'usual' sweet tea in a "GO" cup "filled with ice", along with a breakfast of scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Before heading to the beauty shop she frequented for years, Pat would browse through property listings on her phone while planning her day's route & would often complete her day with a scratch-off/lotto ticket before heading home to enjoy being be with her family and fur babies.
As part of her daily routine, Pat would often ask, "Do you know anyone looking to sell their house?" She loved working alongside and supervising her daughter, friends, and tradesmen to renovate properties & sharing her colorful stories. Her endearing personality ensured there was never a dull moment.
Pat was generous in offering to help whenever someone needed a lift, an errand run, or pet sitting. She was thoughtful in reminding her loved ones of important appointments and would check in throughout the day.
She had a genuine interest in people, always wanting to learn more about them and their families. Pat's interactions were filled with lively banter and laughter. She was known for her trademark phrases like "We doing anything tonight?" or "Listen Listen Listen!" One of the most treasured Robeyisms was when she ended a conversation, text, or evening with "Love Love"!!
Pat's warm and engaging nature made her beloved to all who knew her, and her absence is deeply felt by those whose lives she touched.
May Pat's memory be an inspiration and beacon of love and light, forever cherished by those she held dear. We Looovvee!
Pat is survived by her daughter Nancy, her son David and his wife Gena, her son Jonathan, her grandson Chris, her granddaughter Christina, and like a grandson Carlos. Pat is preceded in death by her father Curtis, mother Lucille, and sons Joseph and Matthew.
