Tetlow, Patricia, 74, of Lutz, Florida entered into rest on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Audrey Miller. Patricia now joins her beloved husband of 48 years, Jerry Tetlow. She leaves behind her three children, Sharon Cano (Charlie), Ellie Hurley and Jeff Tetlow (Debra); five grandchildren, Christopher Cano, Matthew Hurley, Dustin Hurley (Cassandra), Jacqueline Tetlow (Chrissy Boyett) and Angela Tetlow; three great-grandchildren, Greyson, Harper and Jordan; and three siblings, Ruth Ulam (Lynn), Roberta Reynolds (Harold) and Charles Miller (Sharon). A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, October 6 at Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL. The family will have a private graveside service at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia’s name to Lutz Leagurettes Softball.
