LTC Paul Eugene Couture, USA Army (R), Chemical Corps. Born January 3rd, 1942. Paul, 82, passed away on May 17, 2024, in Tampa, FL.
Throughout his life, Paul had many accomplishments, including becoming an Eagle Scout, completing ROTC, membership in the Alpha Phi Omega fraternity at UCONN, running his own business, and being president of the Tampa Chapter of NCMA during 2002-2004.
Paul is survived by his wife, his daughter, his son, his granddaughter, his sisters, and his brother.
