Pauline Lingo

Lingo, Pauline V., 91 of Tampa, passed peacefully on Jan 1, 2015. Born September 19,1923 in Wauchula, FL. After retiring from Winn Dixie, she spent over 30 Year’s volunteering in her community; at University Community Hospital and University Community Women’s as a Pink Lady, Meals on Wheels, Florida State Fair, Cracker Country, Tampa Garden Club, Forest Hills Presbyterian Church and Supervisor of Elections. She was kindhearted and stern but gave her love unselfishly and will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by her husband Harry. Survived by her daughter, Martha Ann Mayor, of Tampa and her husband Doug; a son Glenn E. Hansberry Sr. of Los Angels, CA. Loving grandchildren; Tammie Culligan, Shelley Jeter, Kayla Lewis and Glenn E. Hansberry, Jr.; great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, special friends and many other Relatives. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date and ask in lieu of flowers please make donations to: Fletcher Health & Rehab Attn: Activity Center 518 W.
