Peter M. Perez

PEREZ, Peter M., 82, of Tampa, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025. He was born in Burgos, Spain and moved to Tampa, FL at the age of 7 and is a graduate of Jefferson High School. He retired from Coca-Cola after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gonzalo Perez Garcia, and Visitacion Murga Martinez; his loving wife of many years, Emily Scaglione Perez. He is survived by his two sons; Michael Perez and Chris Perez (Stephanie); daughter, Michele Perez; five grandchildren, Trevor Perry, Savannah Perry, Trinity Perry, Christopher Perez, and Matthew Perez; sister, Maria Jesus Nana-Ghulamally Perez Murga (Monolo); Niece, Dina Nana-Ghulamally (Mateo); Great Niece and Goddaughter, Monica Olaso Nana-Ghulamally; Great Nephew, Mateo Olaso Nana-Ghulamally; Goddaughter Zoe Miller (Richard and Hardy Miller); Life Long friends, Sam and Annie Sardegna, and Phillip Giglia along with many other cousins and friends that he cherished. The family will receive friends for Visitation, Saturday, August 9, 2025 between 1 and 2 PM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories. Services will begin at 2 PM at the funeral home, followed by Interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
