Philip Giglia passed away July 30, 2026. He was born on March 7, 1944, and grew up in Tampa, Florida. After graduating from high school, he proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Not long after, he met his late wife, Patricia. Together they shared 52 beautiful years of marriage, raising their daughters in St. Petersburg, Florida, and building a home filled with love, laughter, hard work.
Philip’s greatest joy was his family and spending time with them was what he loved most in life. He especially treasured when everyone gathered for the family’s annual “beach week”, and he never missed a chance to cheer on his grandchildren, showing up to every event no matter how far he had to travel. He was always their number one fan.
His kindness, gentle spirit, and wonderful sense of humor made everyone around him feel loved.
He was the best Dad, Nano, and Great Nano. Although our hearts are hurting today, we find comfort knowing that his love will remain with us forever.
