Remigio (Ray) Cibischino of St. Petersburg, Florida, went to be with the Lord on October 7, 2021. Ray was born on July 18, 1954 to Alcide and Emilia (Codarini) Cibischino in Montreal Canada and grew up in the Bronx, NY and Englewood Cliffs, NJ. He graduated from St. Cecelia High School in Englewood Cliffs and attended Nichols College in Dudley, MA on a football scholarship where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He was the owner of Cibi Concrete in Lutz, FL. Ray was very passionate about football with his favorite teams being the NY Giants and Florida State Seminoles. Ray was an avid golfer, fisherman and could often be found out on the water on his boat in his spare time. Ray was a very kind, loving person who was very generous in his community. Ray loved to travel and see the world, especially Italy where his family originated. Ray had beautiful smile and a spirit bigger than life, his sense of humor and infectious laugh always lit up a room.

Ray is survived by his loving wife Nancy (Thompson) Cibischino, his brother Luigi Cibischino and his wife Kathleen of New Jersey, his uncle and aunt, Guilio and Lionella Cibischino his daughter, Roni Cibischino of Philadelphia, PA three stepsons, Christopher (Nicole) Pinnegar, Jarrod (Tiffany) Pinnegar, Austin (Amanda) Womack, all of Florida, his niece Montana Cibischino, nephews Michael ( Amber) Louie Cibischino, great niece Mackenzie and his seven grandchildren, Bentley, Alex, Nolan, Ridley, Brooklynn, Emberleigh, and Ronin, who were the light of his life.

Ray’s Celebration of Life will be held on October 30, 2021 from 3-5 p.m. at Blount and Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories located at 4207 E. Lake Ave, in Tampa Florida, followed by a service at Madonna Cemetery and Mausoleum located at 2070 Hoefleys Lane in Ft. Lee, N.J. on November 8, 2021 at 11 a.m., where he will be interred.
