Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Alicia Acosta.
Ray is survived by his children, Pam Acosta, Stephen (Kayleen) Acosta, Ashley (Jake) LeHeup; one grandson, Stephen Jr; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation in Tampa, Florida will be Friday, December 13, 2019 at Idlewild Baptist Church from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The funeral service in Tampa, Florida will follow, also at Idlewild Baptist Church.
Visitation in Haskell, Texas will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Smith Family Funeral Home from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The funeral service in Haskell, Texas will be Monday, December 16, 2019 at Smith Family Funeral Home at 11:00am. Graveside service will follow immediately at Willow Cemetery.
