Richard Thomas Dolan

Richard Dolan, of Tampa, FL, beloved son of Linda and Robert Dolan, brother of Dan(Melissa) Dolan, and Jennifer(Jeff) Blair, Uncle to Alexandra and Ben Blair, Nephew to Pat Blidner and Ned Dolan, and cousin and friend to so many, Passed away on June 6.

Rich is preceded in death by his grandparents Alice and Ned Dolan and Edna and Thomas Sellers, uncles David Sellers and Bruce Blidner.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, after high school Rich attended Drexel University where he earned a BS in marketing. While at Drexel University he became a member of Theta Chi Fraternity and the Drexel Crew Team. Rich truly valued the countless friendships he made during college, so many of which have lasted decades since graduation. After graduation, he worked in sales in the metals industry and then transitioned to the financial markets working as an options trader in both the Chicago and Philadelphia Stock Exchanges. He continued in the financial industry after his relocation to Florida.

Rich was a sports fan and he especially loved cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers with his family. Rich also enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting and cooking, but most of all he enjoyed the company of his family and friends. His kindness, generosity, and sense of humor will be remembered and missed by all that knew him.

Private services will be held at the convenience of Rich's family. We ask if you can to please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
