Dodd, Robert George, 92 of Tampa, FL. passed away on March 5, 2025. Born in Cincinati, Ohio to parents Raymond and Martha. After proudly serving in the United States Army. He had strong work ethic as a general contractor working many years also as a master carpenter. Robert loved spending time on his boat and loved being on or near the ocean. He was a family man and they along with his dogs were his everything. Robert took great pride in his family supporting them any way he could. He enjoyed many things in his life, but if you asked Robert what was one of his favorites, he would share strawberry pie.
Robert is survived by his three sons, Darrin Dodd and his wife Svetlana, Douglas Dodd and his wife Kendra and Derick Dodd; four grandchildren, Nikola Salic, Robert Dodd, Gabriel Dodd and Elijah Dodd: three brothers, Eugene Dodd, Gary Dodd and Jim Dodd; two sisters, Joan Redman and Carol Hurley.
To honor his military service, honors will be rendered on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:30am at Florida National Cemetery located 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
