Robert was born in Baltimore, MD November 26, 1936. Robert was preceded in death by his mother Helen and father Howard and a brother Albert. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Carol. He is also survived by two brothers James E. (Mary) and Thomas (Pam). He is survived by his 4 children Cathy Miller, Jeanne Heinz (Rick), Patty Allen (Steve), Robert Miller Jr. (Tammy). He had 7 grandchildren Stephanie Driggers, Frankie Seavey III, Alley Miller, Jennifer Seavey, and Kirsten Miller, Dillon Clark, Ryan Clark. 8 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was in the Air Force and was a member of East Chelsea Baptist Church. He loved to fish, hunt and bowl and he loved going to church to see his church family.
