Robert Alexander Morgan, 67, of Nevada passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015, in Tampa, Florida with family by his bedside. He was born May 13, 1948, in Saltville, Virginia to the late John and Grace Morgan. Robert graduated from R.B. Worthy High School in 1966 and went on to receive a Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Tech in 1970. Upon graduation he began a 30 year career with Duke Energy, where he focused mainly on nuclear and hydroelectric plant construction in the Carolinas. After relocating to Nevada in the late 90s, he worked as a self-employed technical consultant. He is survived by his wife Jane; a daughter Rebecca Morgan of Tampa, FL; a son Andrew Morgan of Washington, DC; a sister Joann Burstein; a brother Braxton Morgan; and four grandchildren, Claire, Ethan, and Logan Rowe; and Henry Sharkey-Morgan.
