Samuel Ralph Mato

MATO, Samuel R. (Luchie) 82, of Valrico, FL Eternal rest on August 14, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Lillian Mato; sisters, Dolores and Phyllis; bro in law, Evelio Thomas. He served in the U.S. National Guards. He spent most of his life as a route supervisor and in addition he was a professional Drummer played music with the best. Although his death was unexpected his final days were spent surrounded by his beloved wife and daughters. He remained dedicated to his loving family until the end and will be forever missed. A loyal, honest, kind hearted and dedicated Husband, Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63yrs. Mary E. Mato; daughter, Laura and Debra; son in laws, Scott and Jesse; sisters, Barbara Thomas and Rosemary Pereira (Ray); brother, Joseph Mato (Becky); 3 Grandchildren Jaime, Jason and Heather; Great Grandchildren; Nieces; Nephews and Dear Friends. Please join the family. Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Avenue Tampa, Fl from 1:00pm to 2:00pm with Funeral service at 2:00pm. Interment will follow.
