So sad to hear of Aunt Weese's passing.  We were really close for many years since she and Uncle Joe lived in the DC area.  She threw wonderful parties and celebrated our birthdays with big todos.  She changed once Uncle Joe died.  I spoke with her in 2016 and Billy told me that she had dementia.  May she now finally have peace and join Mike, Lorraine , Janet, Herman and her other siblings as well as Uncle Joe and all the VanHoutens who have passed.  She was our last link to the past.  God bless all of her friends and family, and may they be comforted knowing she has peace.

Sorry to hear that we lost another connection to our family history. I waited too long to go see her in person. We wrote back and forth a few times and I spoke to her on the phone.  Say hello to my dad when you see him. I will always remember her coming to visit with her husband Joe and their poodle Suzie.  Rest in Peace.  Paul Jr 

I was so very saddened to hear of Aunt Louise’s passing today. I haven’t seen her in person for over 40 years but we kept in touch by letters, cards and phone up to two years ago when I lost my mother and uncle. You will be sadly missed by all who knew you. But I know my Uncle Joe and my family in heaven were all there to greet you. Thoughts and prayers to your family and friends. May you Rest In Peace.
