Sharon Marie Mason

Shere’ was the beloved wife of James T. Mason.

She spent much of her life working as an executive secretary. Her last employment was with Cracker Country, at the Florida State Fairgrounds. She enjoyed volunteering and helping others. Friends and family will remember her for generosity, her bright smile and always matching converse shoes, but was best known for her love of animals and anything sparkly, because it matched her personality.

Shere’ was a Tampa born native. She attended the “Little Red Schoolhouse” on Hwy 41. She graduated from Chamberlain HS, in 1961. She was in numerous local parades, from young

ages thru to her high school years.

Shere’ was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, since 1962. She achieved “Torch Bearer”, the highest degree a member can attain.

Shere’ was also involved in many organizations: L.O.S., Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, Marine Corps Ladies Auxiliary and I’m sure I’ve missed a few…Shere’ is survived by her husband, Jim, her only daughter Michele & her husband Billy Barga,

her brother Rhon Keinigs. 2 grandchildren, Zachary Acker and Amber Acker. 9 great grandchildren, the youngest is 6 months old.

Her Celebration of Life will held on 08/08/26, 11am - 3pm, at Pearl of West Masonic Lodge.
