Sharon Phillips 72, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Life Path Hospice-Sun City, Florida. Sharon was a life-long Tampa resident, graduate of King High School. She is predeceased in passing by her mother Nadine Benson, son Cal Dennison. She is survived by her father Ralph Benson, daughter Dawn Brooks, grandson Mason Matricardi, sister Brenda Fox (Robert), brother Bill Benson (Rosalie), and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at 3pm on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E Lake Ave., Tampa, Fl. 33610. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the National Kidney Foundation, Tampa.
