Shelleyann Nadine Simpson

Shelleyann Nadine Simpson, known to her loved ones as just Shelley, passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 51. Born on July 5, 1972, in Jamaica W.I., Shelley brought joy and happiness to the lives of those around her.

Shelleyann will be deeply missed by her father, Junior Simpson, her sister Simone Simpson, her nephews and niece Malcolm Weaver, Jasmine Weaver, Xavier Weaver plus countless relatives and close friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Sonia Delicia Francis-Simpson and kindhearted grandmother, Hertudis Floreta Reynolds-Francis.

Shelleyann with her parents migrated to New York and was a graduate of Peekskill High School – Class of 1990. She cherished her education and the opportunities it provided her.

Shelleyann through her adult life took joy in assisting family and friends via various task she offered whether via it being an office work assistant for self-own businesses and taking care of the health and well-being of the very young and seniors loved ones through home care.

Shelley enjoyed in her free time watching all reality tv, dancing, the liquid spirits note her go to favorite - Jamaican Rum Punch, listening to various genre of music especially the Caribbean and New York Hip Hop sound, cooking and making friends all over the world via various Social Media platforms.

Her warm and vibrant personality made her a joy to be around.

Shelleyann Nadine Simpson will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and love of life. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.
