Stan was a man of many interests. One of his fondest was the Masonic Lodge. He was a 32nd degree Mason and Past Master of High Twelve Lodge. Among his many Masonic achievements were being honored with the rank and designation of Knight Commander of the Court of Honor Scottish Rite and commissioned a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He also volunteered his time and energy to various organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Indian Guides and Habitat for Humanity.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda, cherished children Steven (Jennifer), Brett Rakita and Alan Parker; beloved grandchildren, Hannah, Nate, Alex, Morgan Rakita and Rhiannon Parker as well as numerous family and friends.
