Stephen S. Berry, OFS, 93, passed into eternal life on May 27 surrounded by his family. He was born on June 30, 1931 in Philadelphia, PA to Stephen and Elizabeth Berry. He was a lifelong Catholic and a member of the Secular Franciscan Order.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Marianna Hughes Berry; his 6 children: Stephen (Janice) Berry, Michael (Deborah) Berry, Susan Berry, Maureen Berry, Timothy (Katie) Berry, Patricia (John) Christensen; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 32145 Saint Joe Rd., Dade City, FL 33525. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am, with interment immediately after.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund or St. John Capistrano Secular Franciscan Order.
